11-Day / 10-Night Raja Ampat Liveaboard Example Itinerary
This itinerary gives a general idea of what to expect — weather, tides, and sea conditions may adjust the route, but the experience always remains world-class.
Day 1 – Waisai Boarding & Check Dive
Board in Waisai, meet your crew and fellow divers, settle into your cabin, and enjoy a relaxed check dive on a colourful reef close by.
Days 2–5 – Dampier Strait: Mantas, Wobbegongs & Big Schools
The Dampier Strait offers some of the most iconic diving in Raja Ampat.
Typical sites may include:
Manta Sandy – famous manta cleaning station
Blue Magic – wobbegong sharks, schooling fish, reef sharks
Cape Kri – one of the highest fish-count sites on Earth
Sardine Reef – huge biomass, soft corals, incredible energy
Mike’s Point – striking reef structure and pelagic encounters

Day 6 – Central Raja Ampat: Lagoons, Bays & Soft Coral Slopes
We head deeper into Central Raja Ampat, with more sheltered anchorages and dream-like scenery.
Highlights:

Mangrove wall dives and macro-rich sites
Kayaking and sunset views between limestone islands
This day is perfect for underwater photographers and anyone who loves slower, more detailed diving.
Days 7–8 – Misool: Soft Coral Gardens & Limestone Lagoons
Misool is one of the most visually spectacular parts of Raja Ampat — a labyrinth of limestone islands, shallow lagoons and towering cliffs.
Typical Misool dive sites may include:
Nudi Rock – mushroom-shaped island with rich coral walls
Boo Windows – natural rock windows, huge soft corals, schools of fish
Whale Rock – vibrant coral slopes and pelagic visitors
Magic Mountain (when conditions and rules allow) – manta cleaning stations and dense fish biomass

Day 10 – Final Dives & Cruise Back Toward Waisai
Our last day of diving usually includes two easy, shallow reef dives in Central Raja Ampat or the outer Dampier Strait (depending on conditions).
These dives are relaxed and colourful — perfect for slow photography and enjoying your final underwater moments in Raja Ampat.
After diving, we cruise back towards Waisai and enjoy a final sunset and shared dinner on board.
Day 11 – Breakfast & Disembark in Waisai
Enjoy a final breakfast with the crew and your new friends before disembarking in Waisai.
Guests arrange their own transfers between the harbour and Sorong hotels/airport; we provide full pre-trip information to make this simple.

Yes — as long as you hold Advanced Open Water (or equivalent). We welcome divers with 15+ dives who are confident, calm, and eager to learn.
